During the period from July 13 to July 18, 2021, NIZ organized its 28th field project entitled “The Medicinal Flora of Mount Jablanica”.
A total of 27 members of the association participated in the project, all of whom were students at the Faculty of Pharmacy in Skopje. The project took place on Mount Jablanica, with accommodation provided in the village of Gorna Belica.
During the project, the students, led by Prof. Dr. Gjoshe Stefkov, focused on collecting medicinal and aromatic plants and identifying them. As part of the field activities, ethnopharmacological research and the collection of traditional folk recipes were also conducted.
